As a Senior Product Analyst, this role is accountable for planning and executing the end-to-end onboarding of branch users (external and internal hires), ensuring a smooth employee experience. Act as an escalation point for issues and concerns for the regions, including the highest level of technology and change support across branches.
Execute on the end-to-end onboarding with quality and on time
Provide end-to-end support across all regions in close coordination with tech and provisioning teams
Support the Team Lead in the hiring planning and execution of onboarding, including communication and arranging prompt support
Continuously recommend and deliver improvements and solutions.
Knowledge and Experience
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant industry experience acting as a analyst on technology or business projects.
Knowledge of discretionary, full service investing, financial services industry and fintech
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
Change management and relationship management
Able to translate technology issues into business terminology and visa-versa.
Proficiency in communicating to audiences at various levels clearly and concisely.
Written and oral communication
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex and/or ambiguous problems.
