Mandate

  • Maintain standards for electronic forms including pre-filled forms, fillable Smart forms, letters and other collateral.

  • Ensure governance to form standards for digitization projects, act in an advisory role and provide subject matter expertise for all inquiries.

  • Develop new standards based on new business requirements and enterprise updates/changes.

  • Review and approve form Wireframes & Mock-ups, Data Field Requirements (DFR) and Form Specifications Document (FSD) for digitization projects within specified timeframes.

  • Define and contribute to implementation of internal processes and standardization such as Change Framework, Intake, Onboarding, SharePoint, Confluence Page and various internal department processes.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise, guidance and support for existing forms relating to standards, regulatory and compliance matters e.g. regulatory changes, legal disclosures, trademarks and attributions, etc.

  • Attend daily stand ups, project meetings, status meetings, manage issues and risks.

  • Manage form change control process, analyze impact of form changes and review and validate form iterations.

  • Lead and/or contribute to the form rationalization process, internal processes and procedures.

  • Ensure reviews of forms mock-ups and specifications documents are completed within specified timeframes and appropriate coverage is maintained.

  • Provide constructive input with regards to new forms and designs from a standards and regulatory perspective while being aware of potential impacts and line of business requirements.

  • Responsible for the review of complex templates providing appropriate guidance to the business analysts and technical development teams.

  • Ensure effective use of judgement, knowledge and skills in the application of standards and regulations that affect Lines of Business while seeking effective solutions and alternatives where required.

  • Provide direction as well as contribute to informing or coaching new resources within the internal team.

  • Develop and maintain currency of the policies and procedures.

  • Complete analysis of Intake requests (complexity of change, impact to existing templates) to facilitate creation of cost and effort estimates for the requested change.

  • Review requirements documents (high level requirements document, detailed requirement specifications) created during projects and assess impact to form templates.

  • Mentor/coach Business Analysts (Stakeholders management, elicitation of requirements, effective meeting facilitation, and documentation standards).

  • Provide subject matter expertise to Business stakeholders related to form changes.

  • Provide guidance and clarification on form changes and defects to developers and Quality Assurance (QA) teams.

  • Work collaboratively with project managers, business analysts, consultants, developers, solution architects, vendors and other business and technical teams to successfully deliver on key initiatives.

  • Possesses an understanding of multiple lines of business (Wealth, Everyday Banking) and coordinate with business and technology resources, user groups, internal and external consultants, and contractors and vendors.

  • Establish relationships with all project stakeholders, technology, vendor and consulting partners.

Knowledge

  • Must have a good understanding of enterprise branding and be able to apply that knowledge to internal standards and processes.

  • Must have a detailed understanding of industry rules and regulations and apply that knowledge to form standards and guidelines.

  • Exceptional knowledge and understanding of form designs or layout for clarity of information and great customer experience.

  • Strong understanding of business processes and improvements.

  • Must have good understanding of electronic forms architecture.

  • Must be familiar with fundamentals of Project Management (Waterfall and Agile approach).

  • Must be familiar with Business Analysis methodology.

  • Must have strong knowledge and experience with Wealth Management in US & Canada

Skills

  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision.

  • Analytical skills, problem solving and good judgement are extremely important.

  • Organized and be able to work to very tight time schedules and multiple projects.

  • Attention to detail and focus on quality of input and output.

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must have good personal computer skills and use of software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

  • Ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into requirements.

  • Ability to communicate business information to a technical audience and vice versa.

  • Demonstrate good negotiation and conflict management skills.

  • Critical thinking and ability to challenge status quo.
