BMO Financial Group Senior Business Analyst - Workplace Experience in Toronto, Ontario

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with Project Managers and PMO Heads to manage Workplace Experience projects – the intersection of Corporate Real Estate, Technology and Human Resources

  • Manages assigned aspects of the project lifecycle and works with relevant project stakeholders. For example: collecting and consolidating the high level and detailed requirements

  • Assists in the planning, preparation, and maintenance of strategy documents, project team schedules, project updates and project issues logs

  • Creates and analyzes insights using data modeling techniques (e.g. occupancy planning for a new building)

  • Performs various project tasks, including coordinating meetings, preparing meeting content, communications, etc.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • University degree/college diploma

  • 5 to 10 years relevant work experience as a business analyst. Experience doing Corporate Real Estate project is an asset

  • Experience defining new processes and project requirements for complex projects (e.g. not a standard technology project)

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to diagnose issues and make recommendations for resolution and follow through on implementation

  • Exceptional ability to take initiative, collaborate with people in person and virtually

  • Track record for learning and applying the use of tools such as Clarity, MS Project, SharePoint, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Skype, audio/visual technologies and other social networking platforms
