Description Statements

  • Coordinate and support development of strategy for raising ETF Assets Under Management (AUM) and improving client servicing.

  • Lead ETF PM Team change/improvement initiatives and provide project management/change management support and guidance.

  • Inspire continuous improvement and innovation by identifying, and implementing efficiencies for distribution, in collaboration with stakeholders across GAM lines of business.

  • Coordinate and prepare effective executive reporting for the Board, Executive Committee, Regional Management Committee, Wealth and BMO Headquarters, etc.

  • Represent and promote BMO ETFs at external client and industry meetings, conferences, and events.

  • Coordinate and support ETF PM Team annual corporate audit, and other audits/exams (e.g., coordination of pull lists, liaison with audit, etc.)

  • Prepare internal/external communications on behalf of the President, and CCO BMO Exchange Traded Funds.

  • Collaborate with external (e.g., index providers) and internal (e.g., GAM Product, Compliance, Distribution, etc.) partners to develop and implement net new reporting and/or client materials.

  • Partner and collaborate with sales teams in the development of strategies to increase ETF sales and deliver exceptional client service.

  • Provide analytics on BMO ETF business and the Canadian and Global ETF landscape

  • Breakdown of external sales/affiliate sales

  • Internal Sales trends: Where types of ETF are selling, which specific ETFs are selling (or being redeemed)

  • External Sales trends: Which types of ETFs are selling/redeemed

  • Maintain industry wide analytics

  • Product trends: keep stats on recent product launches in both Canada and the U.S.

  • Content planning:

  • Help structure content and map out ongoing strategy for various BMO ETF media shows (Market insights Webinar, View from the Desk Podcast and other potential platforms)

  • Assist in the planning of content of for various channels (institutional, retail, direct)

  • Qualifications:

  • Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • FALSETechnical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.
