Job Description

SmartCore Digital & Process team focus on developing, enhancing, and maintaining various digital platform and capabilities. Our digital process and automation capability support various business to digitize their traditional manual process, improving the overall processing efficiency, accuracy, and analysis for further processing improvement by implementing by implementing straight through servicing, file transfer, and automation

We also invest on developing new capabilities / innovation to continue transforming and improving our customer experience.

Key Accountabilities

  • Interact with business & technology stakeholders to understand the requirement and integrated system / solution

  • Work collaboratively with various teams to develop / integrate tools to streamline processes, enhancing operational excellency, and enabling Cloud DevOps model

  • Analyzes and identifies challenges, improvement opportunities, and cost impact / benefit

  • Reviews and develops metric to enhance operational measurement

  • Documents and updates existing / new processes, provides training and guidance to various teams

  • Prepares and delivers presentation to leaderships on recommendation, progress, and result

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, computer science or a related field / certification

  • 1-3 years of work experience in related fields.

  • Ability to manage and deliver medium to complex process transformation across various teams

  • Possess analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Self-motivated, customer focus, delivery focus, and willing to take ownership

  • Demonstrate strong analytical skill, and problem-solving approach

  • Demonstrate strong organization skill

  • Communication skills for both a technical and business audience

  • Collaboration and Team Player

  • Experience working with database tool, reporting tools, would be an asset

  • Experience working with DevOps tools and process would be an asset

  • Relate well to people from variety of backgrounds
