Corporate Derivatives US – Cross Asset Solutions
Manage the derivatives positions and risks related to the US Corporate Derivatives business
Pricing and execution of equity derivatives structures with Corporate clients, including call spread overlays, accelerated share repurchases (ASRs), and pre-paid puts
Ensure all positions are properly booked and reflected in risk systems
Make trading decisions based on a strong understanding of risks; effectively evaluate risk-return trade-offs, and proactively take accountability for risks assumed
Frequent maintenance of market data including volatility surfaces, dividends, and repo
Offlay risks using a variety of listed and OTC instruments
Maintenance of live positions that are affected by corporate actions such as mergers, spin-offs, stock splits, ticker changes, extraordinary dividends, etc
Adheres to all internal protocols and limits
Liaise with Equity-Linked Capital Markets in servicing our Corporate clients
Work with Technology to develop new tools and automate processes
Develop strong market knowledge to provide comprehensive service to clients, develop new solutions, and construct compelling recommendations
Recommend business priorities, advise on resource requirements, and develop roadmap for strategic execution
5 years of equity options trading experience in a similar role at a financial institution
Single stock options trading experience required
Knowledge of the US Corporate Derivatives market, in pricing, trading, and hedging
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Math, Engineering, Finance, Science or related field
FINRA registered in Series 7, 57, 63
Programming skills strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits:
Annual base salary: $248,581 - $250, 000 USD . The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the BMO Financial Group's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role. This position is also eligible for a bonus plan.
The base salary and potential bonus is one component of BMO Financial Group's total compensation package for employees.
