BMO Financial Group Associate Facilitator - Naperville, IL in Naperville, Illinois
This role’s mandate is to prepare BMO employees to meet enterprise and line of business strategic goals by effectively facilitating BMO Financial Group courses and programs.
Facilitate Intake and other fundamental courseware to enterprise audience through a variety of delivery methods including face to face. Authority to provide input on course design from a delivery standpoint using the unit’s formal feedback mechanism.
This role will deliver training programs that will increase efficiency and effectiveness, support the maximization of frontline activity and improve customer satisfaction. This role will indirectly impact revenue generation and profitability of the front line sales force.

Work in collaboration with Learning Partners to consult on course design from a facilitation standpoint.
Provide ongoing feedback to Course Owners , relative to required enhancements, amendments etc. to existing programs to improve quality, effectiveness and to ensure programs continue to support/achieve business needs, goals and objectives.
Liaise with Lines of Business to ensure currency of line of business knowledge.

Undergraduate University Degree or equivalent management/training experience
Call Centre business processes and product knowledge
Certification in Facilitation is also an asset
