As a Treasury & Payment Solutions Documentation Team Leader, you will ensure that business and commercial clients receive efficient and timely documentation support. You will lead a team that administers and negotiates treasury agreements for new and existing clients, and provides treasury documentation support related to deposit account and treasury service maintenance.
You will be responsible for delivering excellent client experiences through effective performance management and staff development, queue management and reporting, risk management and control monitoring, partner management, and problem resolution.

Oversee a team which handles the negotiation of agreement terms with clients and their counsel.
Review requests for exceptions and make decisions which protect both the bank and our clients.

Establish and maintain strong and effective relationships with our key internal partners.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.
Experience / Qualifications:
BA degree or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in documentation management, risk management, audit, AML/KYC or compliance roles
Law degree or extensive contract management experience desired
Management experience required
Effective time management and prioritization skills
Ability to oversee and manage several processes in a fast-paced environment
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to positively influence others and build strong partner relationships
Ability to analyze situations and data to solve problems, make decisions and develop solutions
Ability to lead with minimal supervision to perform duties
