Duties: Define and achieve the target state customer journey for retail banking clients, focusing on digital land remote channel capability enhancements. Research, define, aligns, develop, and implement sales and marketing strategies with Profit and Loss (“P&L”) accountability to enable the sales force to effectively sell, fulfill, and service new and existing individual and portfolio of banking products and improve the customer experience. Conduct market research, forecasting, pricing, and competitive analysis, monitoring product and system performance and assessing problems to develop and implement solutions. Manage product risks in compliance with legal, regulatory, and risk compliance as well as reporting. Collaborate with internal partners across the enterprise to take products to market. Recommend and implement solutions based on analysis of issues and implications for the business. Identify emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making. Support the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Conduct independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues. Develop business cases by identifying needs, analyzing potential options, and assessing expected returns on investment, providing recommendations on product lifecycle. Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment between stakeholders. Design and produces regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards. Analyze strategic problems, data, and information to provide insights and recommendations. Provide input into the planning and implementation of operational programs. Execute work to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service. Monitor key product performance and growth metrics to identify trends and recommend action plans. Lead and oversee the management of vendor relationships and external partnerships and provides guidelines for execution, ensuring that all agreements are met as per requirements. Resolve internal, complex, and higher-risk customer escalations and policy exceptions, including interactions with clients and sales. Review analysis of issues, identifying gaps and solutions. Provide competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify product strengths and gaps and extract insights. Identify existing and potential risks and develop risk management controls and processes. Support development of key metrics and identification of trends. Gather customer and sales feedback and analyze issues. Participate in and evaluate market research and competitive analysis associated with assigned products. Support the implementation, maintenance, and sustainment of vendor solutions. Gather basic market research and competitive intelligence, including pricing, from publicly available information. Run analyses and reports that support risk management and policy development. Define and implement business cases and strategic roadmaps for banking products and services, including project and budget approvals. Develop, implement, and monitor key metrics and action plans to optimize financial performance. Improve processes to identify issues and deliver optimal customer experience. Work with partners to develop salesforce training and materials, managing change. Create the marketing strategy, including offers and campaigns, and work with Marketing and other partners to execute. Develop, implement, and manage product documentation, templates, and requirements to ensure they accurately reflect product and systems functionality. Influence and determine credit product risk parameters and metrics.

Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Business Administration plus two (2) years of experience conducting market research and analyzing customer and competitor data. Must also possess the following (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): Two (2) years of experience in the following: developing, recommending, and executing product strategy for products within a group of complex services with an objective to increase revenues, market penetration, and share of market for a portfolio of products; leading the planning, implementation, and execution of strategies aligned to business goals; managing internal and external third-party relationships related to designated products and services; performing root cause analyses to understand required process changes to improve end-user experience; managing financial resources and budget constraints to meet the financial of the project; developing financial models, including NPV (Net Present Value), to forecast business profitability and recommend strategic next steps; and, managing and directing resources to support strategic and tactical initiatives.
