Online Banking for Business is growing, andconsequently, we are seeking a Digital ChannelManager to help deliver a simple and seamless digitalcustomer experience.
This is a great opportunity tojoin an innovative, entrepreneurial team whose work directly shapes ourcustomers’ digital journeys. You will be a steward of the bank’s largestcommercial platform serving business customers large and small across NorthAmerica.
As Digital Channel Manager you will:
Prioritize and validate platform fixes and enhancements
Manage delivery of releases and various projects tomaintain and improve digital customer experience
Assist in managing P&L and optimizingexisting products and solutions
Collaborate with development teams to manage serviceescalations and scheduling of product / service changes
Monitor system health and act as subject matterexpert on event recovery teams
Work with frontline customer service teams toeffectively conduct investigations and resolve complex customer issues
Develop product support framework and training tools
University degree and/or related job experience
At least 5 years work experience preferably in an online/mobile channel product management, product development, or product support role
Commercial payments and cash management knowledge is a strong plus
Planning/ managing product/service enhancements on time, on budget and as per specifications
Ability to work well with ambiguity and make decisions in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Self-starter, initiative taker and strong problem solver
Good communication skills required, both written and verbal - French language skills an asset
Able to effectively work with other organizational units and lead through influence
Proven ability to understand complex business and technical concepts and make logical decisions to optimize outcome
Some overtime/weekend hours may be required for releases and testing
Minimal travel required
