Partner with management and business partners to support the development, management, and implementation of projects from business case development through execution. In this role, you will collaborate with management on branch network opportunities, conduct research and analysis, and build solutions while working with multiple groups. Works across BMO to deliver specific project/program business results in alignment with overall group goals.
Build effective relationships with internal/external partners and stakeholders.
Build/design input and data collection mechanisms for project analysis
Conduct research/data analysis/implementation for branch network-based projects.
Assists in the development of project analysis and related business cases for branch network projects.
Play a role in developing, maintaining and executing a multi-year roadmap for our branch channel
Strong presentation skills including development of presentations for Senior Leaders
Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making.
Participates in implementation of initiatives within group and across BMO by partnering with various internal & external stakeholders as required; complexity of initiatives may vary and usually involve multiple stakeholders across the enterprise.
Assist in design and preparation of business line analysis and projects for senior management.
Participates in project/program design and provides advice & subject matter expertise to achieve required business results.
Conducts analysis required to inform recommendations and considers the “big picture” when assessing whether a course of action is advisable in terms of the group and enterprise goals.
Collaborates with internal & external stakeholders to provide business context in the design, develop and implementation of programs & solutions.
Monitors and tracks project performance, research deviations from plan or projections.
Identifies enablers and key issues prior to and during implementation, raises issues with stakeholders and offers solutions to resolve issues or risks that jeopardize delivery.
Focus is primarily on business/group within BMO; may have broader, enterprise-wide focus.
Provides specialized consulting, analytical and technical support.
Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
Works independently and regularly handles non-routine situations.
Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.
Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge and technical proficiency gained through related education and business experience.
